Reports usages of old style aggregate context bounds (with multiple :) and suggests replacing them with the new syntax for aggregate bounds.

Context bounds with multiple : are deprecated: SIP-64.

Example:

After the quick-fix is applied:

  class Foo[A : {Monoid, Ord}]
